Breakfast has long been recognised as the most important meal of the day and evidence shows that a healthy breakfast is linked to better health, concentration and behaviour in school.

So together with Carmarthenshire County Council we now offer to all school pupils a healthy school breakfast club.

The breakfast club is free and breakfast is served between 8am and 8.40am. The children can choose from toast, cereal and fruit and they can have as much or as little as they like.

There is lots to entertain the children once they have finished their breakfast including various children's DVD's, games, books and even some indoor football practice. At 8.50am the children are taken to their class rooms and their day begins as normal.
